The Project on the Implementation of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act (2015) aims to deepen understanding of the Federal Act and the respective state counterparts and improve the management of criminal proceedings, including the prosecution of anticorruption cases in Nigeria. Through workshops, review of bulletins and digests, the Project offers a common framework for providing practical tools for relevant stakeholders and enhances nationwide familiarity with the legal instrument that ensures expediency in, and the modernisation of the criminal justice system. The John D and Catherin T. MacArthur Foundation is supporting the Project as part of the Foundation’s On Nigeria Grant Program
