Indicators And Monitoring Framework For For Pre‐trial Provisions Of The Administration Of Criminal Justice Act

This publication, Indicators & Monitoring Framework for Pre‐Trial Provisions of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act has been designed to serve as a guide and tracker for monitoring the various pretrial provisions of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act (ACJA), 2015.The framework provides a guide that can be adapted or adopted for tracking the implementation of the pretrial provisions of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act/Laws by all criminal justice sector and non‐sectors actors involved in enhancing and promoting access to justice and reform of our criminal justice system. This framework can also be adapted by the monitoring committee of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, the various sub‐committees and other bodies set up to monitor the ACJA and the Administration of Criminal Justice Laws of the various States of the federation.
