The integrity and virility of the Bench is undisputedly connected to the associated agencies of the judiciary and affects the society at large.The Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS) shares the view of active engagement in the reformation of the judicial arm of Government so as to redeem the image of the Nigerian Judiciary. In line with its statutory mandate and the desire to contribute its quota to this laudable mission has been engaged severally in various committees commissioned, aimed at providing solutions that are workable and effective.
