Plateau State Administration Of Criminal Justice Law: Practice Direction No 1 Of 2021

The Purpose of this Practice direction is to ensure compliance with the Law and to ensure efficiency and speed in the management of criminal trials and dispensation of justice. it is also set in place to protect the interest and fundamental human rights of defendant, victim, wtinesses and the society and provide directions which shall be complied with to enhance proceedings and ensure that parties do not suffer unneccesary delays.
