The Edo State Administration Of Criminal Justice Rules 2021

The Purpose of these rules is to ensure the compliance with the Administration of Justice Law(ACJL) 2016 and to realise the objective expressed in Section 1(1) of the ACJL which is to ensure the efficiency, speed and management of criminal justice institutions and Dispensation of Justice and to protect the rights and interest of the suspect, Defendant and the Victim.
