The NIALS Journal of Business Law (NJBL) is a peer reviewed journal published by the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies. The journal is known for relevancy to emerging discourse in the corporate world. It aims to publish works of the highest calibre, which will advance the subject of Business and Corporate Law and consolidate the analytical thinking underpinning new and established issues in business law and policy.
